Then return the park brake lever its released position.

Check the rear wheels of the vehicle -- they should rotate freely without dragging.

10. Raise park brake lever to its fully engaged position.

This is necessary to allow installation of the center console.

11. Install center console assembly

12. Install the four center console assembly attaching screws.
13. Replace shifter knob and fastener.
14. Do not connect battery negative cable. Refer to Airbag System Check for proper procedure.  See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and
