RAM 1500 Truck 4WD V8-5.7L VIN D (2005)
Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Instrument Cluster C3 harness connector.
Measure the resistance of the (G77) Left Rear Door Ajar Switch Sense circuit between the Instrument Cluster connector and the Door Latch
connector.
Q: Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?
YES: Replace the Instrument Cluster. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control

NO: Repair the (G77) Left Rear Door Ajar Switch Sense circuit for an open. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. See: Powertrain
