Turn Signal Switch: Testing and Inspection
MULTI FUNCTION SWITCH
Multi-Function Switch Tests
To test the turn signal, headlamp beam select and optical horn portion of the multi-function switch:
1. Remove the multi-function switch, refer to Electrical, Lamps/Lighting - Exterior, Multi-Function Switch, Removal, and Installation.
2. Using an ohmmeter check the resistance readings between multi-function switch pins. Refer to Wiring Diagrams for proper pin numbers and the
MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH TESTS table.
