License Plate Bulb: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Base And Standard Bumper

License Plate Lamp - Base Rear Bumper

1. Remove the rear license plate.
2. Remove lamp assembly screws.
3. Remove lamp assembly
4. Remove screws attaching lamp lens to housing.
5. Twist out bulb.

Step Bumper

License Plate Lamp - Step Bumper

1. Remove 2 lamp assembly mounting screws.
2. Remove the lamp from bumper.
3. Replace lamp bulb.

INSTALLATION

Base And Standard Bumper
1. Install bulb in socket.
2. Position lamp on vehicle.
3. Install screws attaching lamp lens to housing.
4. Install the rear license plate.

Step Bumper
1. Install lamp bulb.
2. Position lamp in the bumper.
3. Install lamp assembly mounting screws.
