Horn Relay: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the end cap from the driver side end of the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument

Panel/Instrument Panel End Cap Replacement.

Junction Block

3. Unplug the horn relay from the junction block.
4. Install the horn relay by aligning the relay terminals with the cavities in the junction block and pushing the relay firmly into place.
5. Connect the battery negative cable.
6. Test the relay operation.
7. Reinstall the end cap on the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Panel/Instrument Panel End
