Yaw Rate Sensor: Service and Repair
Dynamics Sensor - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Position the dynamics sensor on the mounting studs.
2. Install the three mounting nuts (1) and tighten to 11 Nm (97 in. lbs.).
3. Connect the electrical connector (4).
4. If equipped with a center floor console, install the console See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Floor
Console - Installation.
5. If equipped with a 40/20/40 bench seat, install the Passenger Seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair.
6. Install negative battery cable to the battery.
7. Connect the scan tool and initialize the ABM by performing the ABS Verification Test See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control
Systems/Testing and Inspection/Diagnostic Trouble Code Tests and Associated Procedures/Verification Tests/ABS Verification Test.
