Lower Sliding Door Roller: Service and Repair
Lower Roller Bracket
LOWER ROLLER BRACKET
REMOVAL
1. Open the cargo door.
2. Remove screws and the rear bumper bracket.

3. Remove the roller bracket screws from the rear lower support bracket (Fig. 12).
4. Remove the lower roller from the lower track. Separate the bracket and roller from the door opening.
INSTALLATION
1. Insert lower roller in the lower track. Position the roller bracket under the support bracket.
2. Install the roller bracket screws in the support bracket finger-tight.
3. Position the rear bumper and bracket at the end of the lower track. Install the screws. Tighten the screws to 23 N.m (200 in. lbs.) torque.
4. Adjust the door in/out position. Tighten the roller bracket screws to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.) torque.
