Door Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair
Rear Cargo Door
LOCK CYLINDER
REMOVAL
1. Remove the trim panel.
2. Disconnect the lock cylinder latch rod at the door latch.

3. Remove the lock cylinder clip. Remove the lock cylinder from the door (Fig. 7).
4. Remove the lock cylinder latch rod from the original lock cylinder. Attach it to the replacement lock cylinder.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the gasket and position the lock cylinder in the door hole. Install the clip onto the lock cylinder.
2. Connect the lock cylinder latch rod to the door latch.
3. Test the door lock cylinder operation.
4. Install the door trim panel.
