The following corrections should be made to the 1983 Colt/Ram 50 Service Manual, publication #81-370-3009, Section 14, pages 14-3 and 14-4.

Certain trouble shooting procedures in the subject model service manual recommended fuel injection pump replacement to remedy particular problems.
These recommendations are being changed to read "repair pump" instead of "replace pump."

Engine does not start.                

1.    Try to start engine with new 

pump installed. If necessary, repair pump.
