Remove eight nuts and washers and remove intake manifold, Fig. 4.

Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque intake manifold in several steps to specifications in sequence shown in Fig. 5.
b. Ensure injector holes are clean and lubricate injector O-rings with a drop of clean oil before installation.
c. Torque fuel rail retaining bolts and fuel regulator retaining bolts to specifications.
d. Torque intake plenum bolts to specifications according to sequence shown in Fig. 6.
