Horn Switch: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove horn button by carefully lifting with fingers, then the steering wheel nut and horn switch.
3. Remove steering wheel using puller No. C-3428B.
4. To install, align master spline in wheel hub with missing tooth of shaft.
5. Install horn switch, then the steering wheel nut. Torque to 45 ft. lbs. Do not torque steering wheel nut against column lock mechanism, or
damage may occur.
6. Install horn button and check for proper operation.
