Sprinter 2500 V6-3.0L DSL Turbo VIN 45 (2007)
3. Remove the rear roof ducts.
4. Remove the left side B-pillar trim panel.
5. Remove the front and center headliner panels.
6. Disconnect the front condensate drain hose (1 and 3) from the rear suction line bracket (9).
7. Remove the nut (10) that secures the rear interior suction line (8) to the rear expansion valve.
8. Disconnect the rear interior suction line from the rear expansion valve and remove and discard the O-ring seal.
9. Remove the bolt (6) that secures the rear interior suction line to the front interior suction line (7).
10. Disconnect the interior suction lines from each other and remove and discard the O-ring seal.
11. Disengage the rear interior suction line from the two retaining brackets (4 and 5).
12. Remove the screws (2) that secure the rear suction line bracket to the roof brace and remove the rear interior suction line from the vehicle.
13. Install plugs in, or tape over the opened interior suction line fittings and the rear expansion valve port.
Rear Interior Discharge Line
REAR INTERIOR DISCHARGE LINE

NOTE: The interior discharge line for the rear A/C system is serviced in two sections.
1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Recover the refrigerant from the rear refrigerant system.
3. Remove the rear roof ducts.
4. Remove the right side B-pillar trim panel.
5. Remove the front and center headliner panels.
6. Remove the bolt (1) that secures the rear interior discharge line (3) to the rear exterior discharge line (2) at the roof panel.
7. Disconnect the rear interior discharge line from the rear exterior discharge line and remove and discard the O-ring seal.
8. Remove the bolt (6) that secures the rear interior discharge line to the front interior discharge line (5).
9. Disconnect the interior discharge lines from each other and remove and discard the O-ring seal.
10. Disengage the rear interior discharge line from the two retaining brackets (7).
11. Remove the two screws (4) that secure the rear interior discharge line to the roof braces and remove the interior discharge line from the vehicle.
12. Install plugs in, or tape over the opened refrigerant line fittings.
