SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
This bulletin addresses three Symptom/Conditions that pertain to door glass operation and service. They are as follows:
1.
Door glass rattle resulting from loose regulator retaining bolts.
2.
Creaking noise from the door glass guide rollers when rolling the glass up and down, due to a lack of lubricant.
3.
Wind noise/water leaks and/or poor door glass fit caused by improper door glass adjustment.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Loose Door Glass Regulator Retaining Bolts
This repair procedure involves removing the four door regulator retaining bolts, applying Mopar Lock N ' Seal (PN 4318031) to each bolt and installing
the bolts.
1.
Remove the door trim panel as described in the service manual.
2.
Remove the four door glass regulator retaining bolts (Fig. 1), apply Mopar Lock N ' Seal (PN 4318031) to each bolt and install the bolts.
3.
Refer to the service manual for door glass adjustment procedures or when applicable, the adjustment procedures that follow on page 3 of this
bulletin under Wind Noise/water Leaks/Poor Glass Fit.
