SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Standing water in fuel filler door trough below fill cap.
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves adding a drain to the plastic fill housing.
1.
Open fuel filler door.

2.
Drill 5/32 hole in plastic fill housing through fill door opening. Hole should be as low as possible in notch in sheetmetal as indicated.
3.
Remove any excess foam and debris from hole.
4.
Touch up any paint chips caused by the drill in the door opening or notch near drain hole.
