Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove glove box.
3. On models with A/C, disconnect two vacuum lines from recirculating air door actuator.
4. On all models, disconnect blower lead lead wire connector.
5. Remove two screws from top of blower motor, attaching it to the heater A/C unit cover.
6. Remove five screws from around blower housing, then separate blower housing from heater A/C unit.
7. Remove three screws attaching blower motor and wheel to unit housing, then separate blower assembly from unit housing.
