Front Door Exterior Handle: Service and Repair
OUTSIDE DOOR RELEASE BUTTON
REMOVAL
1. Remove inner door stanchion trim panel.
2. Remove push pin retainer attaching door release switch to outside door release button.

3. Remove nut attaching release button to door stanchion (Fig. 6).
4. Remove door release button from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Position door release button in hole in door stanchion outer cover and stanchion.
2. Install nut attaching release button to door stanchion.
3. Install door release switch in release button and install push pin retainer attaching door release switch to outside door release button.
4. Install inner door stanchion trim panel.
