Rotor Removal and Installation

Fig 2 Removing Or Installing (Allen Head) Key Retaining Screw
1. Block brake pedal in the up position.
2. Raise vehicle to a comfortable working height and install jack stands.
3. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
4. Remove key retaining allen screw holding caliper to adaptor.

5. Tap adaptor lock and spring from between caliper and adaptor.
6. Carefully separate caliper from adaptor.

Hang caliper out of the way.

Do not allow caliper to hang or be supported by hydraulic brake hose.

Inner brake shoe will remain on adaptor.
