Hydraulic Control Assembly - Antilock Brakes: Service and Repair
Dual Solenoid Hydraulic Valve Replacement
REMOVE
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove brake tubes from dual solenoid hydraulic valve.
3. Remove two nuts attaching valve to frame rail.
4. Remove valve from frame.
5. Disconnect wiring from valve.
INSTALL
1. Connect wiring to valve.
2. Install valve on frame.
3. Install two nuts to attach valve to frame and tighten to 21.7-33.9 Nm (16-25 ft lb).
4. Install brake tubes.
5. Bleed the dual solenoid hydraulic valve and rear brakes.
6. Lower hoist.
