A revised A/C control panel has been released for the 1988 Medallion. The new control panel (PN T1032837) is wired differently and may be equipped
with a micro switch that has terminals narrower than those used on the original control unit.
In order to install the new control unit on an earlier model, it may be necessary to use 5 step down adaptor wires to assure a proper electrical connection.
The step down wires are included with the replacement control panel.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
Refer to the M.R. 289 for A/C control panel removal procedures.
With the control panel removed, inspect the micro switches.
