Observe ohmmeter while opening and closing door.
21.
Continuity should be indicated when door is open, infinite ohms should be indicated when door is closed.

If resistance indicated is as specified, circuit is satisfactory. Proceed to step 24.
23.
If resistance indicated is not as specified, repair harness or replace motor and track assembly as necessary.
24.
Disconnect fasten switch harness connector.
25.
Connect ohmmeter between fasten switch connector terminal 1 and ground.
26.
Observe ohmmeter while opening and closing door.
27.
Infinite ohms should be indicated when door is open, continuity should be indicated when door is closed.
28.
If resistance indicated is as specified, circuit is satisfactory. Proceed to step 30.
29.
If resistance indicated is not as specified, repair harness as necessary.
30.
Connect fasten switch harness connector.
31.
Connect ohmmeter between control unit connector terminal 15 and ground.
32.
Observe ohmmeter while opening and closing door.
33.
Continuity should be indicated when door is open and slide anchor is not in fasten range (fasten switch On), infinite ohms should be indicated
when door is closed and slide anchor is in fasten range (fasten switch Off).
34.
If resistance indicated is as specified, circuit is satisfactory.
35.
If resistance is not as specified, repair harness or replace motor and track assembly as necessary.
