Radiator: Service and Repair
RADIATOR REPLACE
1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove radiator cap.
2. Place a suitable container below radiator drain plug, then remove plug and allow coolant to drain from radiator.
3. Remove radiator overflow tube and tank, then upper and lower radiator hoses.
4. On models with automatic transaxle, disconnect transaxle oil cooler hoses at radiator and plug ends to prevent entry of foreign matter.
5. On all models, disconnect thermo sensor and radiator fan motor connectors.
6. On models with A/C, disconnect condenser fan motor connector.
7. On all models, remove radiator upper insulators, then lift radiator assembly from vehicle.
8. Reverse procedure to install. Refill engine coolant when installation is complete.
