INTAKE MANIFOLD REPLACE
1. Release fuel system pressure as outlined under Service Precautions. See: Service Precautions
2. Drain engine coolant into a suitable container.
3. Remove intake manifold in numbered sequence shown in Fig. 9 parts 1 and 2.
4. Remove fuel rail assembly with injectors and regulator attached.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Apply 3M No. 4171 adhesive, or equivalent, to thermo valve thread, prior to valve installation on intake manifold.
