3. Remove the piston stopper ring, while depressing the piston.
INSPECTION

Check the inner surface of master cylinder body for corrosion or pitting.

Check the primary and secondary pistons for corrosion, scoring, damage or wear.

Check the diaphragm for cracks and wear.
ASSEMBLY
Follow disassembly steps in reverse order for installation.
