If sufficient clearance does not exist, check that the door panel is properly installed and attachment hooks are properly engaged to inner door sheet
metal. Reposition as necessary.

If more clearance is required, loosen the lower hinge to the door attaching bolts and move lower door outward in 1 mm to 2 mm increments until
clearance is attained.

5.

Check flushness of outer door skin and front fender. If necessary, adjust the lower front fender as required.

6.

Verify the door opening weather seals are still making sufficient contact using powder or paper pull method. Adjust as required.
