Throttle Body: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Disconnect fuel supply and return lines using tool No. T81P-19623-G.

3.

Disconnect wiring harness from fuel injectors, throttle position sensor, air bypass valve and air charge temperature sensor.

4.

Remove engine air cleaner outlet tube, then remove snow shield retaining nut and bolts and remove snow shield.

5.

Disconnect vacuum hoses from intake manifold vacuum fittings. Tag hoses and fitting for installation.

6.

Disconnect accelerator and speed control (if equipped) cables.
