Vacuum Reservoir HVAC: Service and Repair
A/C Vacuum Reservoir Tank and Bracket
Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the rubber vacuum source hose from the A/C vacuum check valve.
2.
Disconnect the vacuum hose harness from the solenoid and from the water valve.
3.
Disconnect the vacuum hose harness from the inboard side of the A/C evaporator case and remove from under the wire harness retaining cap.
4.
Remove the two screws from the mounts and remove A/C vacuum reservoir tank and bracket.
For installation, follow removal steps in reverse order. Check system for proper operation.
