Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming: Service and Repair
Air Bag System Reconnect Checklist
The check list below should be completed following diagnosis or repair of any air bag system concern.
1. Are center air bag sensor and bracket and RH front air bag sensor and bracket connected and mounted to vehicle?
2. Is LH air bag sensor and bracket, in the cowl side panel, connected and mounted to vehicle?
3. Is three-way connector at base of steering column connected?
4. Is driver side air bag module or air bag simulator connected?
5. Is air bag diagnostic monitor connected?
6. Is vehicle battery connected?
