This TSB Article is being republished in its entirety to include a model applications chart and an illustration showing the location of the 2-3 backout
spring.
ISSUE:
A slight increase of engine RPM, above normally expected levels, during light throttle 2-3 upshifts may be experienced. This is caused by the calibration
of the 2-3 backout spring in bore 211 of the Main Control Assembly.
