Flooding concerns on vehicles equipped with Carter YFA carburetors can be serviced by installing the latest design fuel inlet needle and seat assembly,
part number E4PZ-9564-A. The new needle, which has a pink tip instead of the old black tip, is more resistant to deterioration from contaminated fuel
and alcohol.

Install a new fuel inlet needle and seat as per Section 24 of the Shop Manual.
