ISSUE:

Hard to open pivoting type vent windows may be caused by the glass sticking to the weatherstrip on the division bar. The weatherstrip is
often pulled out of the division bar when this condition is present.

ACTION:

To correct this, apply a strip of clear pressure sensitive tape on the inside vertical edge of the vent window glass, Figure 1.
