Removal and Installation

Removal

Vehicles with air conditioning
  1. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) compressor belt.
    For additional information, refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Belt in this section.
All vehicles
  1. Remove the engine upper cover.

  1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
    1. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise.
    1. Remove the accessory drive belt.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Vehicles without A/C shown, vehicles with A/C similar.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
