Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to: Intake Manifold (303-01A Engine - 1.6L Duratec-16V (Sigma), In-vehicle Repair).

2. Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table(s).

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Installation Details

Item 2 : PCV valve

NOTE:Make sure that the PCV valve is clean and free from any oil residue as this will reduce the installation grip of the PCV valve. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the engine.

Item 5 : PCV valve rubber grommet

NOTE:Make sure that the PCV valve rubber grommet is clean and free from any oil residue as this will reduce the installation grip of the PCV valve. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the engine.
