Remove the front bumper cover.

Remove the headlamp assembly.

Remove the cowl panel grille.

Remove the a-pillar trim panel.

Remove the front wheel and tire.

NOTE:Mark the position of the hood hinge in relation to the hood on both sides to aid installation. Remove the hood. - Remove the bolts on both sides.

Remove the front quarter window glass. | | | -
Remove the fender upper retaining bolt. | | | -
Remove the fender to a-pillar retaining bolt. | | | -
Remove the fender splash shield. | | | -
Remove the fender inner retaining bolt and disconnect the turn signal electrical connector. | | | -
Remove the fender lower retaining bolts. | | | -
Remove the fender front retaining bolt. | Installation Vehicles built up to 03/2004 | | -
NOTE:New fenders do not fit old bodys. When installing a new fender to an old body, please ensure to use the additional spacer from the parts list. Install the fender to a-pillar retaining bolt and spacer. - Install the spacer.
- Install the bolt.
