Remove PRD line from PRD. Note position of PRD line for installation purposes. Refer to Figure 15.

Remove and discard three (3) isolators from tank valve. See Figure 15.
NOTE:
Hold tank in place by grasping tank collar.

Using tank valve removal tool (part # 05473-T), remove tank valve from fuel tank. Use an assistant to hold fuel tank in place.
NOTE:
It is critical the new tank valve assembly be 221CLOCKED222 in the same position as the existing valve, due to the inlet/outlet fuel line coming
through the collar. Shims are used to correctly position the new valve. The following steps will assist you in correctly positioning the new valve.
NOTE:
Hold tank in place by grasping tank collar.

Install new tank valve assembly in tank without O-ring, secondary seal or shims. Tighten tank valve to 169 Nm (125 lb/ft). Use an assistant to hold
fuel tank in place.
