Install three (3) new isolators on tank valve. Wipe any O-ring lubricant oft isolators.

Position fuel tank in vehicle. While installing fuel tank insert PRD line into ribbed hose. To make installation easier, bottom of ribbed hose may be
disconnected.

Raise and support vehicle.
11.
Make sure PRD line is not rubbing against the hole in the luggage compartment floor. Readjust fuel tank to center PRD line in hole.
12.
Lower vehicle.
13.
Install fuel tank straps. Tighten upper nuts to 34-47 Nm (25-35 lb/ft). Tighten lower through bolt nuts to 20-27 Nm (15-20 lb/ft).
14.
Connect fuel tank outlet line to tank valve. Tighten line until a sharp increase in torque is felt.
NOTE:
The fill line should not contact the CNG fuel line collar.
15.
Connect fuel tank inlet line to tank valve. Tighten line until a sharp increase in torque is felt.
Removal
1.
Disconnect battery negative cable.
2.
Raise and support vehicle.
3.
Disconnect compuvalve outlet line from the compuvalve. See Figure 18. Remove and discard copper washer from outlet line port.
4.
Lower vehicle.
