Shift Cable: Adjustments
ADJUST
1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove console finish panel.
2. Place selector lever and housing in Park position, then remove transmission control selector dial bezel screws and move bezel aside.
Lock Cover And Set Button Location
3. Slide lock cover back and disconnect set button, then slide selector lever and housing to adjust position.
4. Connect set button and slide lock cover to lock button in place, then install transmission control selector dial bezel and screws. Tighten screws.
5. Install console finish panel, then connect battery ground cable and verify that shift cable and bracket operate properly.
