Remove sixteen (16) bolts retaining transaxle housing to clutch housing (Figure 3). Note the length and location of bolts for reassembly.
CAUTION:
DO NOT DAMAGE THE HOUSING.
d.
Using a block of wood and pry bar, apply force at the location shown in Figure 4 to separate the transaxle housings.
e.
Lift the transaxle housing off the clutch housing.
