Wiper Motor: Testing and Inspection
1. Disconnect wiper linkage from motor, then electrical connector.
Wiper Motor Current Draw Test.
2. Connect red lead from Starter and Charging Tester 078-00005 or equivalent, to battery positive post.
3. Connect green lead from tester to high speed connector pin 1, then to low speed connector pin 2, at connector plug.
4. Current draw at either pin 1 or 2 should not exceed 3.5 amps.
