TORSION BAR LOADING
WARNING: Safety glasses must be worn when carrying out this operation.
1. NOTE: The luggage compartment lid tension should be decreased if the luggage compartment lid opens with more force than desired. The
luggage compartment lid tension should be increased if the luggage compartment lid opens with less force than desired.
Open and support the luggage compartment lid in the full-open position.
2. WARNING: Use care when adjusting the luggage compartment lid torsion bar. It is under tension and could spring out of control if it is
not handled correctly.
Move the luggage compartment lid end of the luggage compartment lid torsion bar to another position.
3. Check the adjustment.

Move the luggage compartment door end of the luggage compartment lid torsion bar to another position.
