Detach the linings from the caliper and lift the caliper off the anchor plate.
4. Inspect the brake caliper for wear or damage. Inspect the guide pins and locating pins for wear or damage.

If leaks or damaged are found, install a new brake caliper.
Installation
1. CAUTION: Make sure guide pin boots are correctly seated or damage to guide pins can occur.
Install the disc brake caliper.

Position the disc brake caliper.

Install the bolts.
2. NOTE: Tighten the lower brake caliper bolt first.
Tighten the brake caliper bolts to specification.
