Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner
Removal
1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
2. Remove the bolt and the accessory drive belt tensioner.
Installation
1. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner. Tighten the bolt in two stages:

Stage 1: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90-degrees.
2. Install the accessory drive belt.
