Crown Victoria V8-4.6L SOHC VIN W (2005)
6. Disconnect the vapor recirculation tube quick connect coupling.
7. CAUTION: The dogpoint screw has a blunt end and must be used.
Remove the screw.
8. CAUTION: Do not damage the grommet or the check valve at the end of the filler pipe.
Remove the fuel tank filler pipe assembly.

Rotate the fuel tank filler pipe counterclockwise 1/2 turn.

Remove the fuel tank filler pipe assembly through the fuel door opening.
Installation
1. NOTE: Lubricate the fuel tank filler pipe end with petroleum jelly.
Install the fuel tank filler pipe assembly.

Install the fuel tank filler pipe assembly through the fuel door opening and into the fuel tank.

Rotate the fuel tank filler pipe clockwise 1/2 turn to lock.
2. NOTE: The blunt end screw must be used.
Install the dogpoint screw.
3. Connect the vapor recirculation hose quick connect coupling.
