"HANDLG" in the "MISC EXPENSE" area of the claim form.
PARTS RETENTION AND RETURN
Affected transmissions are subject to random selection for return to the Ford Warranty Parts Analysis Center (WPAC). Refer to your daily PEARS (Parts
