18. Install the fluid cooler tubes in the front and rear cooler tube case fittings.

Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)
All vehicles
19. Install the lower air deflector and the pushpin retainers.
20. Install the splash shield and the pushpin retainers.
21. CAUTION: Use only MERCON SP Transmission Fluid to service TorqShift transmissions. Using MERCON V in a TorqShift transmission
may cause transmission damage. Use of any fluid other than the recommended fluid can cause transmission damage.
Fill the transmission with the specified type and quantity of transmission fluid.
22. Check for leaks.
