Material
Removal
1. Remove the camshaft roller followers.
2. NOTE: The hydraulic lash adjusters must be installed in their original location. Mark each hydraulic lash adjuster for installation in its original
location.
Remove the hydraulic lash adjusters.
Installation
1. NOTE: Lubricate the hydraulic lash adjusters with clean engine oil prior to installation.
Install the hydraulic lash adjusters in their original locations.
2. Install the camshaft roller followers.
