Evaporator Core Housing

EVAPORATOR CORE HOUSING

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the heater core housing.
2. Remove the evaporator core.

3. Detach the wire harness.

Remove the nut and stud.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Disconnect the electrical connector and position the wire harness aside.

4. Remove the bolts and the suction accumulator.

To install, tighten to 14 Nm (10 lb-ft).

5. Remove the washer reservoir.

Remove the nut.

Remove the bolt.

Remove the washer reservoir.

Disconnect the washer hose and washer pump electrical connector.
