Intake Manifold Bolts

First pass: Loosely install bolts 1-8
Second pass: Tighten bolts 9-16 .............................................................................................................................................................  11 Nm (8 ft. lbs).
Final pass: Tighten all bolts ....................................................................................................................................................................  11 Nm (8 ft. lbs).
