Installation
1. Lubricate the evaporator core orifice O-rings with clean PAG oil and install the evaporator core orifice using the Evaporator Core Orifice
Remover/Installer.
2. Connect the evaporator inlet fitting.

Install a new O-ring seal.

Tighten to 18 Nm (159 lb-in).
