Evaporator Core Housing
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the heater core housing. For additional information, refer to Heater Core Housing See: Heater Core Housing.
2. Remove the evaporator core. For additional information, refer to Evaporator Core See: Evaporator Core/Service and Repair/Evaporator Core.
3. Detach the wire harness.
1. Remove the nut and stud.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector and position the wire harness aside.
4. Remove the 2 suction accumulator bolts and the suction accumulator.

To install, tighten to 14 Nm (124 lb-in).
5. Remove the washer reservoir.
1. Remove the nut.
2. Remove the bolt.
3. Remove the washer reservoir.

Disconnect the washer pump hose and electrical connector.
6. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
