6. Remove the fuel supply tube and fuel vapor tube bracket bolt from the transmission bellhousing.

To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
7. Remove the 3 LH catalytic converter heat shield bolts and position heat shield aside.

To install, tighten to 15 Nm (133 lb-in).
Midship fuel tank
8. Remove the fuel tank. For additional information, refer to Fuel Tank - Midship See: Fuel Tank/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Fuel Tank - Midship.
9. Disconnect the Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) electrical connector.
10. Disconnect the rear fuel vapor tubes-to-FTP sensor and center vapor tube quick connect couplings.
Aft-of-axle fuel tank
11. Remove the EVAP canister.
12. Disconnect the fuel supply tube-to-Fuel Pump (FP) module and the fuel vapor tube-to-fuel tank vapor valve quick connect couplings.
All vehicles
13. Disconnect the front fuel supply tube-to-center fuel supply tube quick connect coupling.
14. Disconnect the center fuel vapor tube-to-front fuel vapor tube quick connect coupling.
15. Disconnect the front fuel supply tube and fuel vapor tube from the position retainer on the frame and remove from the vehicle.
16. NOTE: Position retainers quantities will vary by wheelbase.
